    What is the process for placing a rental order/how can I receive a quote?

    What is the minimal amount of time allowed for a rental period?
    We do process rental order for a minimum of 1 month to maximum of no period. You could use the systems as per your business continuation. You could do long term payment and use.
    How quickly can I receive my rental IT systems?
    The delivery time depends on the acceptance of the quote and from there on we could process the delivery on the same day and expect 2 to 4 days in case of rare configurations.
    Can I customize the Product as per my choice?
    Yes, Customized option is available. Depends on configuration
    Do you offer technical support?
    Yes, we do provide on-site and offline support. We will connect machines through Anydesk or similar tool or whatsapp video calls and resolve the issues, otherwise will send our technical experts.
    How far in advance should I notify your about placing a larger order?
    You can inform us anytime as we are having more availability of systems and easily we could meet your requirements.
    What if I don't see what I require?
    No problem, we will do search availability through our connections and do arrange as per your requirement or suggest equivalent configurations to consider.
    How can I modify/cancel a rental order?
    To cancel or modify an order, simply call respective staffs and mention that you need to modify and/or cancel your rental immediately.
    Do you have the Option to Purchase?
    Depends on the systems and number of months running the rentals, we could consider the sale based on cost and availability.
    Can I get additional software?
    No, we do not provide software other than the basics operating system.
    Can I Repair/Modify/Upgrade the equipment that I have rented?
    No, you are not authorized to do any physical or technical changes to the systems provided. You should inform us about your issue and our technical experts will try to resolve at the earliest. In case of non-solving issues, will do replace the systems with same configurations upon taking confirmation from the client.
    Can I extend my rental duration?
    Yes, you just have to contact us about 3- 5 days prior to the day of collection and inform us of the new rental period.
    What happens if I have a problem with my equipment?
    Yes, please call us or write a mail and we will acknowledge and send our technician and get your issues addressed.
    Do you provide insurance coverage? (RENTAL POLICY)
    No, you are responsible for the equipments during the rental period. Any damages will be charged based on the assessment.
